1 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of fresh almond milk
1/2 cup of apple juice
1 tbsp dried raisins
1 apple shredded
1 tsp of maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp shredded almonds (optional)
Mix the oats and almond milk, apple juice, raisins, half the shredded apple & cinnamon together.
Leave in the fridge for 6 hours minimum.
Place in a bowl and top with the shredded apples, almonds and extra cinnamon.
Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!
