NUTTY MAPLE OATS
INGREDIENTS
1 banana
1 1/2 cup of fresh almond milk
1 cup of oats
1/3 cup of nuts
2 tbsp of maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
2 tsp cocoa nibs (optional)
METHOD
-
Mix the oats and almond milk & cinnamon together.

Heat over medium heat for 5 min, or have cold.

Place in bowls with the nuts & banana topped over.
-
Drizzle with maple syrup and cocoa nibs and enjoy!
Preparation time: 10 min
