PERSIMMON OATS
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of oats
1 1/2 cup of fresh almond milk
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 persimmon
1/4 of a pomegranate
A handful of chopped pecans
METHOD

Mix the oats and almond milk, chia seeds and maple syrup together.

Heat over medium heat for 5 min, or have cold.

Place in a bowl.

Add the sliced persimmon and pomegranate seeds.
-
Top with pecans and drizzle with maple syrup!
Preparation time: 10 min
Makes 2 breakfast bowls
