METHOD

Mix together the oats, almond milk, chia seeds and maple syrup.

Blend the mango until smooth.

Layer alternatively the oat and mango mixtures.

Place overnight in the fridge.

Take it out in the morning and top with extra diced mango and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
