METHOD

 

  • Mix together the oats, almond milk, chia seeds and maple syrup.

  • Blend the mango until smooth.

  • Layer alternatively the oat and mango mixtures.

  • Place overnight in the fridge.

  • Take it out in the morning and top with extra diced mango and shredded coconut. Enjoy!

1/2 a mango
