MOCHA PROTEIN SHAKE

INGREDIENTS

 

40ml of cold coffee

1 frozen banana

1-2 cups ice

3 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa
2 tbsp of chocolate protein powder (or maca powder)

1 handful of walnuts

 

METHOD

 

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a blender, until you reach desired consistency.

  • If you want a thicker shake, add 2 cups of ice.

  • Find a straw, enjoy!

 

Preparation time: 10 min

Makes 2 shakes
