MATCHA SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS

 

1 frozen banana

1 cup of fresh almond milk

1/2 cup of frozen pineapple

1/4 cup of mango

1 tbsp matcha powder

1 kiwi
1 tsp of bee pollen (optional)

 

METHOD

 

  • Mix the banana, almond milk, pineapple, mango and matcha powder in a blender.

  • If necessary, add extra ice for a thicker consistency. 

  • Pour in a bowl and top with a sliced kiwi and bee pollen or any other preferred topping.

 

Preparation time: 10 min

Makes 1 breakfast bowl
