SPRING SPINACH SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
A large handful of spinach
1 cup of almond milk
1 banana
1/2 of an avocado
1/4 fennel
2 inch slice of pineapple
1/2 inch of fresh ginger
1 tbsp chia seeds

METHOD

Mix all the ingredients in a blender.

Pour in glasses.

Sip up and wake up!
