CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
2 ripe bananas
1 cup of oats
1 tbsp of honey
1/2 cup of chopped 75% dark chocolate
1 tbsp of peanut butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Mash the bananas until smooth.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Form and shape into individual cookies.
Place in the oven and bake at 175ºC for 15 minutes until golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Serve with a cold glass of almond milk, and store in an airtight container for up to three days.
