CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

 

2 ripe bananas

1 cup of oats

1 tbsp of honey

1/2 cup of chopped 75% dark chocolate

1 tbsp of peanut butter

1 tsp of vanilla extract

 

METHOD

 

  • Mash the bananas until smooth.

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

  • Form and shape into individual cookies.

  • Place in the oven and bake at 175ºC for 15 minutes until golden.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool.

  • Serve with a cold glass of almond milk, and store in an airtight container for up to three days.

Preparation time: 10 min

Cooking time: 15 min

Makes 12 cookies
